Air Jordan 2 Doernbecher Children’s Hospital
Posted by Matt Halfhill | Sep 19, 2007| A couple weeks ago photos surfaced and talking started when these shoes, the “Doernbecher Charity” Air Jordan 2. Now in its fourth year, the Doernbecher Freestyle Program has given patients the opportunity to create their own shoes with Nike. In addition to giving these children this opportunity, Nike has raised more than $500,000 for the hospital.
On September 22nd all of the shoes will be unveiled by Weiden + Kennedy in Portland, but we received shots early of the Air Jordan 2. Something to note is that these are the first Air Jordans to be part of the Doernbecher Freestyle. We will keep you posted on any more news we receive. |
