Amazingly we are only three weeks from the release of the Retro Jordan 8 Playoffs. Many heads have been looking forward to the return of this Air Jordans colorway; however, we took some side by side comparison shots so you can see for yourself just how original of a colorway these are.
Overall the shoes are great, but one can tell the shortcomings of the remake and that no matter what it is, nothing beats the original. There are over 30 photos after the jump that have side by side comparisons (OG on left, Retro on right), as well as larger images of both so you can get the next best thing to holding each pair in your hand. Overall, not too many differences and definitely not enough to justify passing.

man i love the retros but the og is tough man. why the hell they change the loop on the back of the sneaker color that brought out the sneaker

Each is unique in its own way, though I would have preferred the red heel loop and the strap & loop of the OGs to be on the Retro.

I personally think these are really really nice. VERYY HAWTT… i like the retro way better then the OG’z.. yur saying like not much difference but the lil changes make a big difference!

I’m sorry… I’m a huge Air Jordans fan, and I think these are probably some of the worst looking Js ever; retro or OG
