Vaughn Bode Puma Basket “Cheech Wizard”
Posted by Matt Halfhill | Feb 13, 2008
Last March, Puma paid long overdue tribute to Vaughn Bode with the “Cheech Wizard” Puma Clyde. This pair of classic kicks was covered in the star pattern made famous on the hat of Cheech Wizard - a cartoon that Vaughn Bode first drew at the age of 10. The shoe was created, with the help of Vaughn’s son Mark Bode, to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the character.
A new year, a new style. Like the Yo! MTV Raps Clydes, there is a set of Vaughn Bode Pumas set to release this year, but this time on the Basket silhouette. Staying astute to sneaker style trends, Puma took the all over print and bright colors to the inside of the shoe and hit the uppers with a solid color with subtle star accents. Look for these to come in May. Pics thanks to Hype Beast.

Ummmmm “fresh prince” actually these is some hot pumas. The only reason you don’t like these is because the masses ain’t on these. Wearin j’s and forces don’t make u fresh, its how u wear your shoes to pull your outfit together. That comment u left really made u look really ignorant. You obviously don’t know good shoes when you see them, therefore making you the lame.
