Posted by Matt Halfhill | Mar 26, 2008 Vans has been keeping us on our toes lately with some limited drops and hard to grab overseas drops. Cris1 posted his latest pair in from Vans, a luxurious take on the classic Sk8-Hi with croc leather and perforated leather.
The solid black upper is treated with gold accents and hardware including metal label on the tongue. We couldn’t dig any info from our usual Vans sources, but Cris did indicate that these were thanks to the co.jp team. The hunt is on… |

Sup…I was stoked that they had these in my size, def a keeper, don’t know what release date or even if they are going to be released…..

I am a huge Vans guy, and to me these are the ones i would purchase just to put on a shelf and look at everyday. Croc skin with gold, these are the kings. AND i do agree with #1 up there, why is it that Vans (started in Cali) always releases to the japan kids, and the euro dudes? always leaving us out of the game? let me know what you think.

I’m tired of Vans making all their best shoes super limited or overseas releases only! I’m boycotting them until they make some heat available in my size too!
