Kanye West Mystery Nike’s Round 2
Posted by Matt Halfhill | Apr 18, 2008 Kanye continues to taunt us all with his Mystery Nikes. We all first caught a glimpse of the Kanye West Mystery Nike’s when he wore them during his performance at the Grammy’s in February.
Besides knowing that the shoes “aren’t out yet” as Kanye said, we now know of a second color up in a Black/Grey-Red color up. We will keep a close eye on Kanye’s blog from now on for updates. This is something to look forward to. These were worn at his performance in Seattle this past week. Kanye and the Glow In The Dark Tour will be coming through our hometown of Austin, TX on the 30th - Kanye give us a shout if you want to help give Nice Kicks a better look! I LIKES ALOT(and not because they’re on Kanye’s feet!!!
…they’re reminiscent of the Nikes I love from the 80’s (Revolutions, Flight 89, Soloflight,etc.) with updated touches like the fat tongue and large strap.

Does he have a hole in this pants so the tongue can stick out of them? That is crazy!! The shoe looks to have Jordan-inspired features. It looks like a 3 with a 5 tongue.

Yes I agree also. They look like the retro 3’s with the tongue from the retro 5’s. They do have the lkate 80’s early 90’s feel to them. Would you all agree that the late 80’s and the mid 90’s had the nicest kicks?

I wonder if these will be a limited release. I think it would be good if at least one of the colorways will be limited (not super limited like the titanuims but limited)
They look ok. I’m not as excited about them as other people are, but people around the net seem to like it allot.

these are called the Nike Air yeezys. made by kanye himself. th sole at the bottom glows in the dark so does the nike swoosh.
nobody in the world has these sneakers, and hes not gonna release these yet. he has all white, black and white, and these ones he wore in the glow in the dark tour. i saw them. theyre dope as hell. theyre a mixture between the bape roadstas, air retro III, and the Ato Matsumoto cow hide boots. these are disgusting!!!
