Air Jordan Fusion 3 Preview

A few leaked photos have surfaced in the past of the Air Jordan Fusion 3, but Jordan Brand did the right thing and released official images of the third Jordan x Air Force 1 Fusion series. The first of the Jordan Fusion 3’s will release on July 4th and will continue through September with the release of the Black/Cement and White/Black colorways saved for the end. these are nice. not my bag of chips, but depending on the price i would cop them. so far all the fusions went for like 144.99 or 150 or whatever it was. because of that price, chances of me getting them are impossible. not bad, but you dont have to get em all

just noticed the price tag, they want 135 for these? isn’t that more than the actual 3’s? retail 125 i believe

^ Retail on the Jordan IIIs in 1988, 1994, 2001 and 2003 was $100. In 2007 the retail was bumped to $125 for general releases, $135 for lifestyle, and $150 for the “Flips.”
$135 is 35% more than the price in ‘03, but take into consideration 5 years of inflation and the worst 5 years of the US dollars performance and $135 is actually less in relative terms.

but i can see how inflation would make the price so high. i remember going to footlocker in 02 i think and geting the 1’s for like 80$. the blue n black 1’s. i had the true blue 3’s, but i did pay allot of money for them. at least 200 witch was very high, the true blues went only for 100 retail??? man, those were the days. now they have the 17’s for less. i know they went for 200, but i never had a hightop pair of 6’s so i dont know the price they went for. i paid about 120 for a lowtop black n silver. i wonder why the 17’s are cheaper now. i guess its because of the package. in all actuality, the 17′6’s are a bargain if you think of t. 17’s went for 200, 6’s would go for at least 150 i would guess. thats like 40 bucks off

definitely are the best fusions so far. the official pictures make them look so much better too. the bootleg photos that were released before had these looking like trash…

hopefully they’ll keep in mind the white/true blue colorway when they’re thinking about what colorways to release.. i wouldn’t mind copping them and the last two pairs now that i know they are $135 and not $150 like i heard on other sites.

gettin atb least 2 pairs, these are sweet. all you guys moaning about the prices… spare a thought for us europeans, i’ll probably have to pay €150 on the nike europe website and these days thats over $200. we get proper ripped off over here, so stop giving out about your prices ya have it sweet

i like the fusions as long as jb sticks to colors that actually came out for that jordan shoe. they’re startin to get crazy with the ls colors, those black and university blue joints look fake. if they made true blue fusion IIIs that just might be the dopest thing ever

One3 is on the money, and so is Matt. my 1st pair of Jordans: True blue IIIs from? you quessed it Shoe Show! Yeah things were a little different in the 80’s. They were 103.00 including VA sales tax. I remember making a true blue lace switch back in the day. I had the true blue high top Air Delta Forces wich I also switched the laces. Man, I’d cop a true blue pair of threes with that quicky Von quick-quick. I almost did the unthinkable and copped a falsetto pair in 06. Everyone has a fave Jordan and the III is mine. I wish they would keep the OG colors sacred wit that one.I’m not a fan of JB colorways.

these are the hottest fusions ive seen i love the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 6th pairs. i only copped the AFJ XII glacier silver lifestyles, but im def going to spend money on these. luv the fact that they’re low tops not like the failed retro 5 inspired lows.

I think everyone’s feeling these fusion simply
cause they are almost not fusions and tha #3
are a all time favorite to many including MJ.
We did not see the visible air pocket on the
5 fusion but yet we see it on this fusion.
Don’t get me wrong I love these shoes because
the black #3 was my first Jordan ever and my
favorite but is this a fusion except for the
sole. Change the bottom part of the patteren
of the stiching and a lil on the top along
with the sole and its a #3 retro all the way.
Just thought I point that out…..
