Piet Mondrian Dunk Low SB

The Piet Modrian Dunk Low has begun delivering to top SB accounts and while the shoe does carry a fresh look in a simplistic way, one should consider the history of the inspiration. Piet Mondrian was a Dutch artist born in the latter part of the 19th century that developed the unique style of grid based paintings. What seems so simple carries its unique beauty with thick black lines forming rectangles filled only with primary colors or left white. In a time where virtually any pattern, color, or material can be applied to a sneaker, sometimes it is the most basic and simplistic styles that look right. Paying homage in the best way, these Dunk Lows are made of canvas tying back to Mondrian’s medium for this artwork. These are so sick in person. The canvas with the suede and simple but vibrant colors mixed with the thick dark lines make this one the best looking most simple SB ever imo. Got these and the thrashin’s but definately selling my thrashin’s and keeping these babies.

Oh man, these joints is niice. Why oh why do I live in the land of Denmark, where buying cool sneakers is almost impossible and very expensive? These will probably never make it to Denmark.
