Supra Skytop “Timberland”
Posted by Matt Halfhill | Aug 12, 2008 Jay-Z’s then girlfriend had the “Manolo Blahnik Timbs” but next spring he can match wifey with the “Timmy” Supra Skytops. Supra has brought us the Skytop in many great colorups with all types of materials from patent leather to metallics, but now you can scratch nubuck off the list.
No firm release schedule is known yet for the “Timmy” Supra Skytops, but you can count on us keeping you informed. Pics thanks to Marcus Troy. |

^^^ Me! I’m a fan of the Skytop and the wheat colorway will be a welcome addition…
Only issue I have is that they’re supposed to be a Spring ‘09 release but ‘wheat’ goes hard in the Fall/Winter…these should be a Fall ‘08 release instead (imo)

They alright… id cop if they were less than $100… I doubt they will… and i agree with nikeindabutt they shouldve been a Fall 08 release… who wants to rock wheat shoe-boots in the spring? Whos their project manager? Patent leather in the fall/winter and wheat in the spring..?

^^^ Exactly. Thats when I bring out all my Timbs….well that and the fact I live in St. Louis so I keep Timbs and non-Timb boots for the winter anyway.

Yeah these are crazy nice!! They should be a Fall/Winter ‘08 release, instead of ‘09…
But I say that because I want them NOW!!!
Being from NC, we don’t see much of a “real winter” so we basically rock our boots whenever.
But these would’ve been a great release in the next couple of months.

Never had a pair of supras so I can’t hate on’em too much, but wheat just looks kind of funny on somthing other than a boot.

I’m from NC too and sometimes it does get cold. I remeber one time we got 3 feet of snow… these supras wouldnt cut it in any snow watsoever…
these supras are dope just for rocking to school on those days when the leaves are changing color and its like 50 F imo.
