Virtual Mo “MoCain” & “Nader” Shoes
Posted by Matt Halfhill | Aug 20, 2008 Last week Virtual Mø shared with us a pair of Nike Dunks that he worked up on Nike iD and personalized even more to support his choice for November, Barack Obama. To be “fair and balanced”, Mø worked up a pair of kicks for Republican-nominee and Presidential HOPEFUL John McCain dubbed the MøCain. It would not be authentic in the least to put McCain’s face one anything from the latter part of the 20th century so Mø chose a shoe that is perfectly fit for McCain. For those not up on “old people shoes”, these are American-made by San Antonio Shoes.
Giving a chance to the third party, a Ralph Nader Birkenstock clog was worked up as well. Keeping the Nader theme the clog is a Boston green with “GROW” inscribed on the straps. Legal ish: These are independent artistic creations by Virtual Mø and are not released, available or endorsed by Birkenstock, Ralph Nader, San Antonio Shoes, Sen. John McCain, or the Republican National Committee. |

I think the ralph nader birkenstock is even funnier then the macain shoe… the birkenstock really fit what he stands for lol. But u got to love how kids don’t even know what Obama’s campaign goals are yet want people to vote for him beacause he is black and/or their favorite clown of a celebrity is endorsing him. Also how everyone thinks Republicans are racsist. I will be voting for Obama but MaCain is not rascist nor is he a bad candidate, he is just very vague and does not have much personality. Well said. McCain just seems to be a pick for persons who agree with the war as long as they’re not in it. I wish I was old enough to vote…Shoes are hilarious though (i would rock the mccain with an uncle sam hat..lol)

And of those that meet requirements, its not a guarantee that they are voting for Obama.

Apparently this went over people’s heads. Either this joke was way too complex of alot of you don’t follow politics.
Virtual Mo is an Obama supporter and made some Obama edition Dunks. The joke was that he made McCain shoes, but they are old people shoes. Also, Ralph Nader, former leader of the Green Party, had his face put on a Birkenstock clog.
I hope no one thinks that we thought the McCain sneakers were something good looking. The joke was that McCain is old and uncool, opposite of Obama.
