McDonald’s HS All American Hyperdunk
Posted by George Kiel III | Sep 19, 2008 A week ago we showed you the Nike Hyperdunk Supreme Rice Kobe P.E. as part of a 4 pack of Hyperdunks being released by Nike. Kobe and Nike collaborate again to form another version of the Air Hyperdunk P.E. This pair was made specifically for the All American Mcdonalds basketball game 5 months ago. The McDonald’s All - American game takes place every year in which all of the high school superstars across the country come together to play an All-Star game.
The sneaker consists of patent leather on the toe along with red and yellow accents, symbolizing McDonald’s signature colors. Kobe Bryant’s high school number 33 is stitched in red on the front of the shoe while “All American†is scripted on the insoles of the shoe in a french fry design. Inspired by Kobe Bryant’s McDonalds High School All-American year, these kicks are not expected to release in any general stores. If they were released in stores would you get them? They’re nice but I wouldnt cop. I got the Puerto Rico Hyper Dunks and I doubt I’ll get another pair unless they’re wild creative.

Nike tries to get into everyones pockets…….Kobe wasn’t with Nike during the All-American game and he can’t go back and play in it now that he is with Nike. So what’s the points of making this current shoe for a past event….$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

they’re not for me, but I appreciate the creativity.
There are a TON of fresh colorways of Hyperdunks, btw. Check Nike.com, they have soooo many, including a pair of Purple joints! Those ones are very… unique looking, can’t figure out if I like them in that color, sort of crazy looking!

These have been the only Hyperdunks that I haven’t been interested in. Of all colorways and themes, these were it. That’s a pretty nice sign and hell of a ratio for the shoe.
The Hypermax is gonna be a problem too! Can’t wait for ‘09!
