Nike SB Melbourne Dunk Low
Posted by Nick Engvall | Sep 22, 2008 We got some new pics of the Nike SB Melbourne Dunk. This Nike SB dunk pays homage to a famous skate spot in Melbourne called the Flinders Street Station. “I’ll meet you under the clocks” is a saying that as been heard for years in Melbourne. The saying refers to the clocks on this train station, which is at the intersection of two of the city’s busiest thoroughfares. The colors of this SB are inspired by the city of Melbourne, Port Philip Bay, and the Yarra river.
A combination of canvas, suede, and mesh materials in a simple colorway like this will definitely be a hot item. It is set to release in October, so check with your local skate shop, get your name on a list, do what you gotta do, to get your hands on these because they won’t stay on the shelves for long. Thanks to SneakerFreaker for the pictures. More pics after the jump. |

They look nice… U know with white laces it will stand out crazy… But honestly the way things is looking nowadays… I am only going to buy the sneakers that I am obsessed about… And I’m not so crazy… Maybe I’ll react differently when I hold them in my hand…
With the chaos in Wall St. the motto for me in ‘08 is
“Times is hard”… lolz

A gum midsole would’ve really set these off. Would’ve made ‘em pop, ya know? Still, I could see myself walking outta the store with a pair.
