Nike SB Ultimate Glory Dunks

Nike SB Ultimate GloryBack in 1996 Oscar De La Hoya defeated Julio Chavez. Now 10 plus years later De La Hoya may be taking on Julio Chavez Jr? Rumors… Well, rumored to be a part of the upcoming Ultimate Glory event in October, these Nike SB Ultimate Glory Dunks don’t have a lot of info released about them yet. They are supposedly a Mexico only release, and rumored to be very limited. When the word is officially out we will have it for you.

The complete cement print on red is definitely a hate it or love it type shoe. It really makes me wonder…Has Nike gone to far with cement print? Are people getting tired of it?

Thanks to user mental_therapy at NikeSB.org for the photos. More pics after the jump.

  5. E-MAN

mexico can keep these. way too bright, way too plain, and way too much elephant print.

  6. ?four!

mexico can keep em these are not a good look, maybe in all black or a darker red would be sick

  7. agenda

These are on eof those sneakers that you hate at first and then months later you wish you would of copped them.

  8. Brett

I agree with you to a certain extent that cement print is being played out too much by not only nikem but other brands who have tried to hop on the bandwagon. I believe cement print is great in moderation because its unique and you ussually dont see people wearing it. I hope nike takes a hiatus soon before it turns into the next all-over print

  9. Match My Pair

    should’ve been red and gold

  10. JT

    i love it.

  11. tremaine

these are very diffrnt but cool id cop and resell for more but as a sneakerhead i must the elhant print nike is overding and as far the nikesb line they are compltely falling offf nike is getting caught up in the hype rather than stckin to ther roots of originality nd fashionble simplicity

  12. sneekerking

love em. its elephant print though not cement print. anyway a white midsole and swoosh wouldnt hurt.

  13. JC

these look nice like dis, but dont know if theyd look gud when someone rocks em

  14. luck

This is one of those rare occasions where I would buy it even though I dont like it.

Overall the shoe is ugly but those words (Chavez/De La Hoya) make it stand out…….I would love to have them.

For the record…..De La Hoya shouldnt have choosen Pacman for his fight in december…..

  15. KojaK

Too much elephant print nowadays, and I’ve never like one-toned dunks before…

  20. ANDY

    overkill with the elephant print.

    nike, nike, nike…

you serious? these shoes woulda been sick with a 2-tone and that red elephant, but you can’t OD on that red print ALL OVER the sneaker

    smh

  27. Cardinal Sin

Hey sneaker genius that works for Nice Kicks. You’re a loser. It’s called ‘Elephant Print’. ‘Cement Elephant Print’ is when it’s gray. Turn your pink slip in.

  28. YouKnow

    these are lame.

  29. still kickin it

    ehh idk

kinda reminds me of blood vessels haha

  30. gupao

Dope!!!! Got fam in mexico so ima have them grap me pair!!!

  31. nick.engvall@nicekicks.com

I only call it cement because that’s the only color Nike/JB have ever listed on the box. I can never get enough of it. I do agree that these may look better with a white swoosh. Maybe 3M?

LOL at the Blood Vessels comment!

Other brands coming out with it is always questionable to me.

But I can’t blame them for wanting to have it on their own products.

  32. abelino

  40. dj.jbras

Found this info. “Inspired by their bloody four round affair which was won by De La Hoya via TKO”. If you look at the picture, they do come with white laces, but that might look funny. Don’t know how I feel about them. Style wise, too much red. Collector wise, who else will have them?
