Air Jordan 1 Low Velcro White/Red/Black
Posted by George Kiel III | Oct 30, 2008 Last month we showed you the Air Jordan 1 Lo Red, and many of you were disgusted at the fact that Jordan Brand tampered with the Air Jordan 1 using velcro. Well, if that ruffled your feathers take a look at this!
This Air Jordan 1 Low features laser print on the side panels and velcro straps, reminiscent to the Air Jordan 23. Overall, the sneaker has a white/red/black upper and contains the wings logo on the back like every other Jordan 1. The Air Jordan 1 Lo will hit retailers on November 28th, 2008. How do you feel about the velcro straps on the Jordan 1. Is this colorway better than the Air Jordan 1 Lo Red? More detailed pics after the jump. Via Sneaker News.

THESE ARE COOL BUT WHEN I GO TO THE SHOE STORE MORE THAN LIKELY I WILL SEE SOME OTHER SHOES THAT I WILL BUY BEFORE THESE THE STRAP IS PRETTY WHACK

Straps are for two sides of the lifeline…1ST when ur too YOUNG to tie your own shoes and 2ND when you are too OLD to tie your own shoes. I am still in between (27)..maybe they will retro these in 40 yrs..lol..then I will cop these!

These are supposed to be reminiscent to the Jordan 20s. The red patent leather in the back like the strap and the laser print on the front straps. These would’ve been much better with laces though. Or maybe have it like the 20s did with the laces under the strap

It’s a fine shoe. I just wish Nike didn’t put the swooshes, jumpman, and Jordan wings on it. Velcro = dilution of the fine brands of Nike and Air Jordan.

But those velcro Adidas joints, the A. McQueen’s… only kicks with velcro I’d rock, currently.

The velco straps killed these AJ’s I will pass on these I am not feeling these at all. They are not worth 100.00 dollars more like 80.00. Anyway I went down to Foot Action out here in Cali and copped the AJ retro low 11’s for 39.99. I could not pass on these joints I had to scoop them up and add them to my collection good looking Foot Action.

I agree wit most of u; laces would’ve made these look good, or atleast 4 or more straps. If this was a mid or high-top, then these would’ve been copped wit no question.

I just picked these up fro $49. They actually pretty dope. yeah, the velcro thing is a little kiddish, but I rock em’ when I’m out w/ my 2 year old son in the city. And he’s rokin’ his little 2 strap Velcro Nikes.
