“The Lebrons” Nike Zoom Lebron 6 Release
Posted by George Kiel III | Oct 27, 2008 This past weekend marked the official “The Lebrons” Nike Zoom Lebron 6 Release in six different locations. Our friends at The305.com stopped by The Shoe Gallery, one of the aforementioned loactions, and captured some nice photos of the event.
Representing each member in the “Lebrons” family, the Nike Zoom Lebron 6 was released in four different colorways. Only 150 pair of each colorway were created, yet, The Shoe Gallery received 25 pair of each. They even had a Nike Zoom Lebron 6 basketball goal in the building for consumers who bought a pair and participated in a raffle ticket drawing. Garbage! He’s an athlete, so where are the athletic shoes at? The kid design is ugly as h*ll! Business and athletic are tight, but like I said they aren’t athletic.

very disappointing….i expected that after they screwed up with the lbj 5’s they would at least make the 6’s as good as the 3’s and 4’s
athlete colorway is okay though

loved the 2, 3’s and 4’s but been very disappointed in the 5’s and now the 6’s. Seems like Nike’s just been playin it safe with the last two models and you cant do that with a 90 milliion guy like LeBron. You have to make them more personal and unique and push the envelope more!!

if you got the new eastbay mag they list the old version of the lebron vi as what they have and releasing on 10/31. someone check that out cause im pretty sure thats not right. also im glad nike picked the ones they did cause the ones in the mag are ugly and probably sell one pair to the one collector who loves the king

To add to my above post… I just saw a colorway (black on black) in the new LEBRONS that will get copped. I hadn’t seen the black on blacks before today. They look like a Lebron version of the Kobe Black Mambas.

^^ im with #3, they DO look like boots… but i have a feeling ALL the Lebrons from 1 until the Lebron 25 will have to look like boots because they are made FOR him, and he is a flat out beast at that size (6′8″ 250+). He HAS to have boot lookin shoes because anything less would rip out after a few minutes of burn.
These have one of the sickest midsoles i’ve seen; i love it… but i can’t say im feeling any of the colorways yet. Plus I’ve made it known I’m not a fan of the BIG ASS SWOOSH.
