Nike Air Penny III Black/Royal
Posted by Nick Engvall | Oct 13, 2008 With the recent return of the Penny II, it’s no surprise that the Nike Air Penny III Black/Royal would surface as well. We saw the White/Royal version a few months back, and now we have some nice shots of the Black/Royal colorway for you.
The Air Penny III was the 3rd signature shoe for Penny, though most remember him wearing the Foamposites, due to the fact he spent a lot of time on the bench with a knee injury when these shoes were originally released. i like them but I like the white/blue 1’s better since i had a pair when i was younger. 1 of the few big shoes i wore when i was younger along w/ the more air tempos (Pippen’s).

i want this penny 3 and i have to wait for another 2 month to get this pair and i already got penny’s nike air flight one , Foampsite One royal blue and 1,2,4……next is penny 3 drop in Jan 2009 and Half cent drop in March and i was penny’s biggest fan and i already got his college jersey Memphis St and Orlando Magic jersey and i am from Memphis , Tn

Oh yea! i have the ogs now but there kind of a tight on me so now get these half a size bigger pennys such classics. i have an idea nike should try some colorblocking with phoenix suns colors i know he didnt play much because injury plague career but i wouldnt mind different colors but magics colors come first .

My cuz gave me these when they came out, but his feet smelled like corn-chips. I want da white/blue jointz. I already have da black/blue Penny 2’s.

I need that memphis state jersey with my penny 2, i have the orlando magic old school pin stripe warm up jacket and the regular blue warm up jacket that they rock when t-mac playd for them with the penny 4, but i dont have the orlando magic jersey. Memphis Stand Up!

This is great with all these Penny retros coming out because I was a big Penny fan ever since day one with the Magic, and on top of that I used to live in his hometown of Memphis so I know what the ballin scene is down there!’Sup, Memphis!

I LIKE THE KICKS, BUT NEVER LIKED PENNY HARDAWAY, HE DIDN’T LIVE UP TO EVERYONE’S EXPECTATIONS… SPECIALLY MINE…! HE WAS JUST GREAT FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. THE LIL’ PENNY COMMERCIALS BY NIKE WERE AWESOME THOUGH…!

Not one of the better Penny’s IMO. I’d take Foamposites, Penny 2s or Air Max Pennys over these. Not copping.
