Nike SB Dunk Low “Mosquito”
Posted by Nick Engvall | Oct 28, 2008 We all know how annoying mosquitoes can be, so Nike SB decided to take the pesky little bugs and use them for inspiration for the Nike SB Dunk Low “Mosquito”.
The official colorway is Vanilla/Vermillon Red-Black Frost, aside from the colors, the most the most notable feature is the speckled midsole. The red aglets on the vanilla laces is a nice touch, as is the green outline on the red swoosh, which really helps tie all the colors together on this Dunk. The insole features the silhouette of the SB mosquito cleaning up his mess with a pair of Nike SB socks. It’s nice to see some creativity like this again on the SB line because they have been leaving a lot to be desired with most releases. These limited SB’s will be available on November 8th at 11am at Cal-Surf, and are available to pre-order now at Kix-Files. Check out the details after the jump. |

these are alright, id buy them, but i dont think ill go out of my way for these…the shoe doesnt really seem to be anything relevant to a mosquito tho, besides the blood

i think these shoes are ok i would buy them if they were the last dunks on earth, but they are not all that.

Love the imagination put into these. That is what JB should be doing. Putting more thought into things. Not this BS that is coming out. Great job SB/NIKE

awsomeconcept nd exution the only thing is the dark green suede doesnt look high quality for a nike sb might have to see em in person but hell ya id get em. is cal surf the only site gettin em?(the flyer says only one hundred pairs)

These are super nice, reminds me of older sb releases, even tho I wasn’t into them back then lol. I want these tho. Or the black and white ones (storm trooper, venom or whatever). Does anyone know how I could get into shoe design, I have a lot of ideas and what not. Nicekicks staff? Any help?

wernt these shoes the ones that were supposed to be the michaelangelos? they released the donatellos and they said there was supposed to be michaelangelos. if you google niks sb michaelangelo you will see them
