Nike SB Dunk Mid Beijing X Triumvir X Fly

Recently, Triumvir founder Brandon Cheng was given full control over the design of this latest Nike creation dubbed the Nike SB Dunk Mid “Beijing”. Thanks to China skate shop Fly, Cheng was offered the role of sneaker designer.
The theme of the shoe was based on a Beijing native’s view of their own city. With that said, this sneaker possesses many detailed features inspired by Beijing’s icons including dust, noodles, traffic, highways and Tiananmen Square. I like the in depth lay out of inspiration. Other than that, the laces are the only thing that jumps out at me.

I like the style of the laces. We always see round and flat ones put on dunks . The mask concept is definitely creative and I think this is the perfect release for these lace types
