SPOT x Vans Half Cab
Posted by Nick Engvall | Nov 17, 2008 The SPOT x Vans Half Cab is the result of a collab between long time skate heavyweights, Skate Park of Tampa, aka SPOT and Vans. SPOT started up back in 1993, so it makes sense their shoe of choice would be the Half Cab, which originally dropped in 1992.
In true Florida fashion, croc skin was chosen for parts of the upper, don’t worry though, it’s just the look, as these kicks won’t bite and are completely Vegan friendly. The colorway features brown, green, and red, and materials consist of synthetic suede/nubuck. The shoe was designed by long time SPOT employee Barak Wiser.
