Major Update: Air Jordan 11/12 CDP Release Date Change
Posted by George Kiel III | Dec 5, 2008 Christmas is coming sooner than you think…well at least in the sneaker world. We have just received word that the highly-anticipated Air Jordan 11/12 Countdown Pack will now publicly release on December 20th, 2008.
The 11/12 CDP was originally expected to be released the day after Christmas; however, it seems we will be getting our wishes a little early this year. With that said, everybody is forced to get their money right a week earlier! Who else is excited right now? More pics after the jump. Also, check out the release date info below.

i won’t get these because they are not limited and they are available in all stores and the 2001 retros are worth more and i just checked ebay and they are not selling for big dollars like averyone is expecting.this pack is just hype and yes i can afford them but since i have them already i won’t get these.the 6/17 and the 10/13 are the best packs out of all of them and the most limited.

Thank goodness I get my regular $1000+ check on the 18th in addition to that, I’m getting my vacation hours check another $1000+ check and a Christmas Bonus check of $500. For some odd reason I am not really feeling the 11/12 pack. I have a DS pair of the 11’s stored in my closet that I never worn. If anything, I would be buying the pack just for the 12’s. But then again. I wasn’t really a fan of the white and black ones either. hmmm. Wish the 11’s would have been the cool grey ones and the 12’s the carolina ones.

true that, it is all about the money… i already pre-paid $400.00 for my pack at my local mom and pop store. no regrets, it’s better this way for me, i consider the extra money a tip for my boy cuz i have been a long customer of his, been buyin’ j’s from him since ‘96-’97. i’ll get it from him as soon as it arrives at his store. besides, i am hearing stories about on the day when this pack comes out, the mall shops will be so insanely crazy, there will be riots, and be careful, with the economy so bad these days, somebody who wants it that bad, but can’t afford it, just might mug your pack right out of your hands, security will have their hands full that day, no thanks. i’ll pay extra anyday to get this pack safely and in one piece…!!!

if you didn’t know eastbay is the mother company for footlocker, footaction, and champs. Eastbay was offering 20% off giftcards and you couldn’t use the gift cards until after 12/25/08. Now why is this significant? You could have got the countdown pack for like $250 if it would have released on 12/26/08. This is the reason for the date change. I knew this was going to happen, or I was going to get my countdown pack for $250. Damn it.
