Reebok Answer 12 “2009 All-Star PE”
Posted by George Kiel III | Dec 23, 2008 Seeing that the 2009 NBA All-Star game is less than two months away, expect to see a few special edition PEs in the near future. Yesterday, we showed you photos of Kobe Bryant’s All-Star sneaker, and now photos of Allen Iverson’s PE have surfaced.
Coinciding with this year’s East colorway, the Reebok Answer 12 “All-Star Game” features a predominately royal blue upper. It contains red accents on the midsole, tongue and heel. Iverson inspirations are seen on the tongue (Iverson’s logo) and on the toe box (Iverson’s former jersey number). If you have noticed, Iverson has changed his number since the trade; therefore, it seems kind of awkward to be sporting a sneaker with another number on it! i got to admit though allen iverson is getting old and is not as good as he used to be

yea exacly and also allen iverson never had another all star in his team in the 76ers but led them to the finals
yea right now ai is having a terrible season and will go to a different team next year
but thats because pistons aint the team for ai ai needs a team witha good defense and a offense that involves around him and the pistons were the total opposite of that
soo stop talking crapp about him and respect him for all the thing he did to the nba

A.I. got everybody wearin #3 just like jordan got everyone wearin #23. lol i feel u on that one mike i think he will sign to a top team but for at least 3 years maybe the Rockets they just traded Francis and i expect them to move out some of their other guards for some big men idk but i just hope that it isn’t the Celtics. he still will be able to put up 15 to 18 points per he’s always been damaged nothing new

I give you that BK but I just feel like AI’s time is coming and playing on wack teams have caught with him Pistons arent bad but they never play hard till may or june a la the spurs but we know they will win at least 48-50 games be a 2-5 seed hopefully AI and this team will gel and maybe he is the superstar they are missing case still open til may or june this will be his last stand if he wants a ring cuz next year nobody will offer him over a 2 year contract at maybe 5-10 million max hes damaged goods now and you would be crazy to sign him long term at 32 yrs old he may just pull a Robert Horry and go to lakers or celtics and be a solid role player if you cant beat them join them lol

FLYMIKE i respect your opinion but Mayo is part of the West ray Allen is putting up just about the same numbers minus the assists on a much better offensive team… the only 2guards putting up numbers to top AI are Vince wade Gordon and Joe Johnson but AI can still make as a reserve under pg position that’s the beauty of being a combo guard that small the league officials aren’t gonna leave AI out neither are the fans

it’s crazy how people get influenced by the quality of the picture. this is one of the sh*ttiest samples I’ve seen.
no offense but ya’ll don’t have any clue that this is a pair of fakes. the side panel material is incorrect and overall the shoe looks way too baggy. esp around the toe. I’ve seen the real ones and it’s not even close. you make the call when they release.

Umm no offense Darneezy but his numbers arent eye popping and he isnt really a threat like he used to be yeah he can give you 30 on some nites and 40 occasionally but if you teams can live with that but I would rather see Derrick Rose or OJ Mayo get before him sure theyt play on worse teams but they are more deserving of the spot But AI will be there a plausible starter but at the two position I think it should be Ray Allen starter O.J. Mayo then AI maybe take Joe Johnson over AI as well!!! At least when he plays the Celtics they have to respect him

FLYMIKE, are you serious? You think AI ISN’T gonna be on the All-Star team as a starter NOR a reserve?
You seem to forget that this is a popularity contest, for the most part - the FANS decide the starters. And even if he isn’t chosen as a starter, there are still reserve spots.
Baring an injury between now and Feb., AI WILL be on the East All-Star roster.
