The Nike SB Trainer 1 kicks off our top 10 movie-inspired sneakers. We applaud Nike SB for using a great sneaker for the theme and we really like the colorway. Props to SB for making a Halloween/Horror sneaker you can pull off 364 other days of the year.

I understand the debate for the space jams to be #1 but the marty mcfly’s are pretty fresh and are more original….they were designed after the movie the space jams mj just wore i agree with the choice

Space Jams gotta be number one. And I like the DTRT 3’s more than the Spizikes. Wheres the White Men Can’t jump hyper flight lites…And the Godzilla Barkleys? Now that I think of it…THOSE should be slightly ahead of the space jams.

why didn’t the dunk hi thrashin’s get on the list??? those are dope as hell and those hellboy forums were iight but that movie was kind of whack……and the black/white air jordan IX’s that the bully from “little rascals” was wearing should of been on there i watched that movie a few days ago and was drooling lol since i didn’t buy the 9/14 package

the jordan 11’s were not inspired by the movie. they were actually inspired by some dress shoes Tinker Hatfield. LOL. they got it twisted. they shouldn’t even be on the list.

I have a few problems with this list. First off the Thrashing dunks are tight even if they don’t go great with the theme. Second, the DTRT Jordan 3’s are way better than the spizikes, third, Space Jam should be #1, and fourth, ferris bueller dunks should be higher on the list. Otherwise solid list.

I can kinda see why the space jams were listed as “inspired” because they weren’t released the same year as the movie was to the public, and also there were a few differences between MJ’s and mine. 1st #45,and 2nd Purple jumpman. I wish that spacejams were number 1 too. The only reason I think hyperdunks got the top spot was because they were limited more than retro spacejams, kobe showed up in a back to the future delorian, and there is all this hype surronding hyperdunks.

so much bias…I’m not gonna even acknowledge it but the Freddie Krugers were the best design for real! The Star Wars Vaders…were sick & actually should be a notch up because of the packaging! Since most of u weren’t even concieved until the Eightys u have no clue how the package is almost identicle to the original action figures…stupid! I actually agree with #45 the space jams were not inspired by a movie but the illest kick listed.

die! Space Jams are number one most diffently.
I do like the Hyperdunks I cant even front about them.
But DTRT Spikes? They got to be number 3 they are not

I think the McFly’s the best choice or movie inspired sneakers. I am not sure if the Space Jams were really based off the movie more than the movie was based off of them.
