Sneakin’ Into The Club: Clae

Sneakin' into the Club Although we’d love to wear our sneakers till our caskets drop, there will be situations, especially as we get older, when our kicks won’t be acceptable like at the club or the office.

Sneakin Into The Club is a new weekly feature that profiles the brands that fill the void between suit-and-tie shoes and athletic-performance sneakers and cater to a variety of lifestyles.

This week’s edition features Clae, an up-and-coming brand that puts a modern and progressive twist on classic silhouettes with high-quality materials and fresh colorways

    I have a pair of clae’s
i was the first person to buy these at my favorite sneaker store.
I bought the all blacks with mesh. I love my russel’s but i basically never wear them. They’re good shoes i like em but i dont recommend shopping in a pair of these. If thats what you want you should get the low tops or something else from their line up cuz these killed my feet when i went searching for classic kicks.

yo i got those brown joints on right now, and i have the all black leather joints at the crib, CLAE is the illest, im so sick of NIKE, cop some CLAES, an you’ll know the DIFFERENCE…..PEACE

Clae’s are whassup. they ubber comfortable and you will have no trouble getting into any club with them on. You can dress’em up or dress’em down. Only down fall white sole but it’s easy to clean.Clae for the win

    not my cup of tea

I’d love to support Clae, but they don’t show any love to the Bigfooters. They don’t make anything past a size 13, and that’s a real shame, because they put out a lot of quality shoes that I’d have absolutely no reservations about copping. By the way, this comment just echoes what I tell them in emails and phone calls. SMH.

    In a perfect world…

CLAE is the truth. I agree with #7. I got 4 pair of CLAE’s and I get more compliments on those than any pair of Nike’s, Supra’s or any other sneakers that I have. Plus, you get into the nice clubs with no prob cuz they got the “hybrid” thing going on. So everybody, get ur grown-up on a support Clae!

Yeah, the price is a bit high. I think the Clae Rollins is pure pornography.

Well, its about time!!! lol There are the grown and sexy in all of us (even those damn teenagers lol) and we need to see what shoes are out there that we can go in; Not just to the club and the lounge, but on dates, interviews, and so forth.

I am going to guess not allot of people are going to comment on these sneaker/shoes cause they too busy doing the “young and thuggin ” thing or whatever, but you still gotta know how to get your sexy on while still representing the streets… what I like to call urban casual LMAO

Urban Outfitters has a bunch of cool stuff like this, so does Norstrom and Karma Loop.

great concept but the price tag is a little overrated.

  12. Flatsole

Love Claes…still need my first pair though.

  13. iBANGSCREW

tha brown ones are okayy, but the rest wudda looked betta if they got rid of that damn white midsole.
