Nike SB Dunk High Premium “Twin Peaks” Detailed Look
Posted by George Kiel III | Dec 29, 2008 At the beginning of this month we showed you this Nike SB Dunk High Premium “Twin Peaks”, and many of you liked the colorway even though you have never seen the early ’90s television show it was inspired by. Well, I have not seen it either, but these detailed photos make this particular Nike SB Dunk High even more enticing.
Featuring a plethora of textures and colors, this particular SB Dunk contains suede, premium leather, and crackled leather. Green contrast stitching is visible throughout the upper, while varsity red is located on the shoe collar. As for the Twin Peaks inspiration, this sneaker features a blue owl on the ankle straps representing one of the three murder mystery clues in the TV series. It also contains a zigzag design seen on the outsole reminiscent to the floor in the “Red Room†on the TV show. agree w/ #4 it seems like the designers tried to make it more appealing to the eye by adding the red, but it would probably look better w/o it.
