im with the “real retro kids” here, jays n forces r all hype now, there used to be a flare about kicks that kept them hot, but now these lil kids wanna mess it up by gettin nething that has the swoosh or bright colors on it. as lupe said, dumb it down! as for the list, them deck shoes is fresh, and im mos def gonna cop them stan smiths, ya herd?!

i’m not a air force 1 or jordan hypebeast because air force 1’s don’t grab my attention anymore so i just stick to buying white/whites or black/blacks because i’ve seen ever multi colored air force 1 and jordans just arent how they used to be, everyone including their grand mothers own a pair of overhyped jordans which most of the sneaks aren’t that hot with cheap materials, sorry for my life story lol but i usually buy air max’s or retro nike’s and adida’s and i also get casual with a fresh pair of pumas to get my grown man on

and the summer deck, normally sneaker/deck shoe hybrids are fugly but those are not bad.

right with you #8… let em learn on their own, and if they don’t, ah well… that’s exactly why i’ve boycotted the air force 1 and dumb@ss fusions… they are ridiculous…
as for this collection, waht stood out for me:
1. silver forum… i saw them in the females collection and became jealous..
2. stan smith… a classic.
3. summer deck… more like a summer kick than a spring kick, but none the less, a hot weather lounge kick…

keep it quiet. don’t school ‘em, that’s just more kicks available for every one else not blinded by the swoosh or jump man. they jump on a bandwagon and jump on it hard. i didnt think you could play out air force ones or jordan’s but they almost have and that type of attention is what leads to wack kicks and over saturation

Some of you are guys are silly…
Just because these aren’t some Jordans or 80s Nikes, you’re missing the point–these are adidas ORIGINALS–they’re supposed to be subtle. That’s what makes them fresh.
The reason why retros are getting played are EXACTLY because of the hype with high-top basketball shoes and these extravagant colors being omnipresent.
