Posted by Nick Engvall | Jan 7, 2009 2008 marked 100 years of the Converse Canvas All Star basketball shoes, in what could be the last of the celebration, this Converse Shoes In Books Pack is the ultimate in creativity.
The classic Chuck Taylor All Star is packaged literally inside the books you see here! The release is limited to 1000 “Star” themed books, which contain the Chucks, as well as a book featuring the history of the company, along with interviews with 100 of today’s biggest stars. In an effort to promote up and coming “stars” there is also 100 people who view these “stars” as inspiration in their career path, whether it be actors, comedians, stylists, photographers or artists. Details are limited but the kicks, exclusive to this release come in white, red, and black. No word on a release date as of yet. More shots via DesignBloom after the break. |
