Kanye West speaks about shoes, renames himself MLK Jr. ???
Posted by Matt Halfhill | Jan 25, 2009In his first video released since the breakout of the Kanye West for Louis Vuitton sneakers across the web, Kanye briefly describes what it was like seeing the shoes in the LV Fashion Show as well as announcing his new nickname, Martin Louis the King, Jr. For those playing the home game, those initials would be MLK, Jr. I have a good feeling there will be some talk about this tomorrow on the morning shows.

i think there is more of a community of people posting comments on here with enough sense to know that kanye is the one who doesnt want to be a part of the community. by flawnting and shining like he is he is alienating himself separating himself as opposed to reaching out to the “community” (not sure what “community” you were referring). back in the day you had rappers representing their communities by holding rallies or going on rapcity doing interviews speaking out against police brutality and social injustice not doing what kanye is doing.

I don’t have a problem with kanye except his cockiness.
Now with that being said, yes he worked hard to get to this point, yes he has a lot of money, but WTF does him having money have to do with people not liking him.
