Nike Zoom Kobe IV MPLS

The Zoom Kobe IV has been on everyone’s watch list since it was unveiled last month. A number of colorways have shown up, but the latest is the colorway inspired by the throwback Minneapolis Lakers colors of the 1950’s, before the team relocated to Los Angeles. The Nike Zoom Kobe IV MPLS features Flint Grey, University Blue and white. Noticeably missing is the yellow found on the team’s jerseys. No complaints here though, this Kobe 4 colorway is fire just as it is. Now it’s time for someone to update the vinyl figure and make his kicks current. If history repeats itself, look for this colorway to be available around the time of the All-Star game in February, if you can’t wait, they are available now at MarqueSole for $229. |

hey ikon radio, that is a great analogy of Kobe, but unfortunely people can be so un-forgiving, and so damn judgemental? and while I’ll agree that personality does count? but it’s really what you do after one learns & understands of their mistakes and takes approprete action to correct them so that they don’t fall back in to that kind of situation again!!! Kobe has done everything to clean up his act! and as far as his attitude? get to know the man behind the bball court? before passing judgement? remember “He who has no sin cast’s the first stone” oopss!!! that’s none of US? Go Lakers/Kobe!!!

These kicks are fire. I don’t like Kobe, i’ll admit he’s one of the best to ever play the game, but he is not a role model for kids to look up at. That is what makes MJ the greatest of all time, he realized the imortance of himself, not only on the court but as a leader of society, with a talent. Kobe has the talent, and is slowly becoming a leader.

Personality does matter when it comes to a persons overall opinion of someone. Who you are off the court is almost as important to who you are on the court to most people. I think Kobe is one of the greatest players to EVER play the game. A phenomenal gifted athlete is an UNDERSTATEMENT to what this man is as it relates to the game…. but thats not what some people value most. Personality is part of the package bro… I didn’t make that up…it just is. To say that someone can go and drop 28/10 and be whoever they want off the court is not respectful of all fans. T.O. is a beast but he’s also a cancer in certain environments. Personality DOES count and thats just the way it is.

and to all the kobe haters, y do you not like kobe? who can compete with him? besides LeBron, who by the way doesnt have a jumper anywhere close to that of Kobe’s. I think people who claim to be a sports fan and dont like players because of their personality are childish, im a Kobe fan and I can admit that i dont like his attitude sometimes or what he’s done in his past but i’m also a sports fan and the reason i like players is because of what they bring to the table as far as ability, talent and skill, I didnt like jordan because he wasnt cocky or had a good attitude, i loved him because he was an animal and he was hungry and thrived to be the best and he proved it, juss like Kobe, he’s lived up to the hype, i believe that when you like sports, the attitude of the player doesnt matter, Kobe is one of the best players of all time no matter how cocky he is and if you love sports and are mature enough then you could recognize that. Look a T.O. (he’s a b%tch) but he got game.

No word on what specific time the ID’s come out, a bunch of people called up nike and they gave different times (from 12 am eastern to 2am pacific to 1pm eastern) If you really trying just try every hour

I honestly like the design of this shoe and the color is nice as well. I’ll have to go grab a pair to ball in but these are nice. And I might be trippin they kind of remind me of the McFly hyperdunk a little as well.
