Posted by Nick Engvall | Feb 27, 2009 The trend of high fashion designers teaming up with sneaker manufacturers has been growing strongly over the past few months, DC Shoes, Adidas, and New Balance . Now designer Christopher Shannon has chosen a collection of Reebok’s as inspiration for his latest collection.
In the collection unveiled at London’s fashion week, the Reebok Ex-O-Fit SG in multiple colorways, along with a bright pair of Reebok AXT Pump trainers. Christopher used the bright and bold colors in his Spring/Summer collection which go perfectly with these Throwbacks from Reebok. The AXT Pump Trainers take unique approach with both yellow and orange laces integrated in, which surprisingly somehow looks fitting. Click here to take a look at this collaborative effort. |

It doesn’t look anything like creative recs… these have too much mesh/patterning for CRs. They are ok but I would like to see maybe a tiny accent on the dark ones, a little gold or something like that

all of you guys are a bunch of shoe haters. and yes its true i looked it up the ex-o-fit first dropped in the 1980s. kanye was like 5 when this shoe came out.

Reebok did not copy the Air Yeezy..!! First..Reebok had the strap first..2nd the Air Yeezy is nothin more than a hybrid of shoes put together lol So if anybody is copying..itz Kanye Lol

They have an attractive design but there clearly nothing really innovative or eye popping about these. I would have probably chosen different material as well.

Just because someone says that they look similar to air yeezeys doesn’t mean they are talking about the big strap in the front. They do look similar, but not enough to say one’s copying the other.

Those exo-fits are NICE. Might pass on the pink ones tho. For the last time…Reebok had large midfoot straps way before AIR YEEZY was even an idea.
