Converse Jack Purcell Perforated Patent Leather Pack
Posted by George Kiel III | Mar 10, 2009 Last month, we showed you two exclusive colorways of the Converse Jack Purcell model, and those who commented thought they were fresh; however, we have now found two more new colorways that are arguably better.
One colorway of the Converse Jack Purcell features a predominately shiny, black patent leather upper with minimal white accents on the toe box, inner lining, shoelaces and eyelets. The other colorway contains a mostly white patent leather upper with a black strip on the toe box. Both pair also possess a plethora of perforations on the upper. Click here to view detailed photos. luda06 why are u always bashing nas. nas is one of the best rappers alive and back in his illmatic days he was probably better than anyone you are listening to
anyways these are a nice clean shoe to wear in the spring
but they do need to give patent leather a rest

I was just making the comparison because both are classic shoes, so patent leather is a problem on both or neither by that definition.
Yeah I agree with you, patent leather is over used, but a solid black patent upper is a look to me that is always nice.

Come on ‘Kost, these arent AF1’s…but I appreciate your attentiveness to my previous posts.
Yes (um, in my opinion…) I think that patent leather is over-used sometimes…and this is coming from a sneakerhead who LOVES the AJ XI. I just think its lack of creavtivity to just throw patent leather on everything…shiz looks like Catwoman’s shoes.

Wack (Like Nas’ music).
Mar 10, 2009 at 2:28 pm
Adding patent leather is not ****ing with a classic. Well at least not in my opinion. Biggins, do you complain everytime patent leather shows up on an af1?
I don’t like patent leather being used for more than accents, unless it is black. Then I like it. Those black patent purcells are very nice.

Holy crap these Jack Purcells DO NOT NEED PATENT LEATHER. This is one classic that shouldnt be F@#%!% with
Mar 10, 2009 at 2:09 pm
And I like Jack Purcells, but I don’t feel the patent leather.
