“March Madness” Nike Hyperdunks
Posted by George Kiel III | Mar 10, 2009 Throughout our Kicks On Court, we spotlighted some college basketball PEs, namely Kentucky, Memphis, North Carolina and Texas. While many of you thought some of the aforementioned PEs were fresh, check out the six customized college PEs that will debut during Championship Week.
Nike has selected several powerhouse basketball programs to create their own PE version of the Nike Hyperdunk for the tournament. In further detail, the basketball players themselves teamed up with NIKEiD designers to create these one-of-a-kind Hyperdunks. Teams include Duke University, University of Connecticut, Michigan State University, Oklahoma University, Gonzaga University and University of Memphis. the reason UNC dont have one is cuz they sponsored my Jordan. if u notice all the players wear jordans all the time no Nikes….thats y…but id agree they would have some sick ass ones if they made some for em!!!

I bought a pair of varsity crimson/white-silver for $50 @ Rugged Wearhouse, and I hadn’t even put’em on da court yet. I’ve been rockin’em around here and there. They are crazy light and comfy. My homeboy @ Finish Line says da only shoe better than da Hyperdunk is the new KOBE’s.
