Nike Air Max 1 “40th Anniversary of Moon Landing”
Posted by George Kiel III | Mar 20, 2009 The Nike Air Max 1 receiving the most attention right now is the “Seersuckerâ€; however, we have found a more meaningful colorway set to release soon.
This particular colorway pays tribute USA’s 40th Anniversary of its moon landing. With that said, this sneaker possesses an futuristic, out-of-space look. The upper consists of a black leather base with areas of quilted black nylon. It also features metallic silver accents on the sole, ankle area, tongue and shoelaces. Continuing its galaxy look, this shoe also has crater-like patterns embossed just above the sole. Stay tuned for release information. Via Colmilludo. |

Cool.
I like the fact that it’s nothing over the top, to the point where it looks “over done.”
Some designers get “lost,” if you want to call it that, in the theme and do far too much. These aren’t one of those.
