Air Jordan Fusion 9 White/Black-University Blue
Posted by George Kiel III | Apr 2, 2009 This Air Jordan Fusion 9 White/Black-University Blue will officially on April 11th, 2009. However, this love/hate sneaker is starting to show up at select retailers very early.
Inspired by the classic Air Jordan IX “Powder Blue”, It features a predominately white upper with a solid powder blue midsole. Other powder blue accents appear on the lacetag and Jordan logo on the black tongue. In addition, the shoelaces are also colored in black, while the shoe itself is complimented with a white outsole. These aren’t all that bad, I wouldn’t cop them but they’re not horrible. But really yall heads that hate on fusions kill me. What does a sneaker have to do/look like in order to be considered nice? Personally, Imho all the fusions that have come out have had at least 1 colorway that has been sick. The black and white colorway of these are nice.

Don’t bring up the price thing, either. Again, if you’re going to waste $150+ for half-assed J’s, you might as well save some more and buy some retro’s or OGs. I’m not even that into J’s and think Fusions are dripping in whack juice. I don’t see how these represent ‘change’ or ‘progression’ when they come out with half-ass designs such as this. You gotta be kidding. THIS is what’s considered ‘fresh’?
To each his own I guess. I’d rather blow $150 at a low rate strip-club where they dance in bikini’s than buy a pair of these.

Why do people keep talking about what they could of did to colors to make it better. They are a cope of the OG’s so why would they change anything.
On the shoes - Fusions are garbage “DSides” is right, fusions are for kids. Those that only see a jumpman and think “fresh”.

these would be beautiful if the tongue and the shoestrings were white. they could have made the stitching in the upper black or just added some black accents to the upper . the only colorway that really catches my eye are the black/charcoal/red i will definitely cop some and preserve them for the future

A clear bottom and some flywire accents would make this a better shoe tho shoestrings couldve been white umm the powder blue on this shoe couldve been lighter I mean a little more thought process couldve went into this shoe to make a sure hit
