Converse Japan April Releases

The Japanese island of Okinawa is heavily influenced by American culture, so its no surprise that Converse would be pushing some of their classic silhouettes in the region. For April, not only is Converse releasing iconic American silhouettes, but three of the Converse Japan Releases are done up in some sixties inspired colorways that have Jerry Garcia considering a comeback. Two colorways of the Chuck Taylor All Star make a psychedelic appearance in the mix, while the Skidgrip low top is Grateful Dead-like but on a more subtle tip. In a completely different direction, the Jack Purcell is made up of a wonven upper in simple black colorway. |
