Kicks On Court: Carmelo Participates in ‘Green Week’

On April 2nd, 2009, the NBA kicked off its first ever “Green Week”. Specific teams around the NBA will be sporting green jerseys in hopes of generating awareness and funding to preserve the environment. With that said, our Kicks On Court spotted Carmelo Anthony in some “Green Week” inspired Jordan sneakers! Last night, against the Utah Jazz, Denver Nuggets forward Carmelo Anthony laced up an exclusive colorway of the Jordan Melo M5.It contains a predominately white base with green side panels. Part of the sole and tongue are also colored in green. Within the next week, be on the lookout for more “Green Week” kicks! |
