Rumors have been flying about the return of the Air Jordan 3 True Blue colorway. When we saw Wale and Kid Cudi last week in “Who Rocked It Better?“, it all but confirmed the return of this classic. The Air Jordan 3 True Blue needs no explanation. One of the shoes that started the Elephant Print trend in the Jordan line back in the late 80’s, will be returning to retailers this August. An exact date and price hasn’t been confirmed so stick with Nice Kicks for more info. Marquee Sole has them now for a “slight” mark up of $315. |

daamn, im only gunna get these to ball in! i got two pairs of 2001 retros one DS and one worn once.. for the record one of my pairs is a sample and they do NOT have the elephant print on the mid lace section, it is a grey with air holes like the fire red III’s.. “KING” i guess us kings know best and think alike.. f*ck the new cheap shoes. id rather cop OG’s, and early retros and pay the extra buck to get a shoe that will last and break necks.. true blues are def one of my fav jordans all time as well as my 99 white cement and bred IV’s! .. but now this will just lower the value of my amazing jordan collection when re-retroed.. anyone have sz 13-15 shoot me an email.. kingleone1@aol.com or aim: kingleone1

Can’t you people see that the release of these shoes are gonna be limited!!!!!
That means you will not be able to buy these shoes at Foot Locker or Foot Action and you will luckly be able to buy one pair!!!!!
The material for shoe is the same as it was eight years ago, because is the same freaking brand doing the same freaking shoes
Re-releases are only way to keep a shoe alive, otherwise, they would fade away in the past, believe me.

I just got these and the quaility is pretty good, they run small tho. I wear an 11 and it fit like a 10.5. The toe is very narrow. I guess your asking how I got them, well, I have the best connect in the world, Jordan’s son, Marcus is one of my neighbors and we’re mad cool. Im sellong them for retail if anyone is interested. Ima get an 11.5 in about a week or two…

2001s have the ELEPHANT PRINT there buddy! I’m at work and mine are at home so I cant check but I Googled them and all pictures of 2001s have it.
^You must have not understood my comment…I was confirming that they DO have elephant print by the laces. If you had the retros you should know that without having to google it. How could you possibly forget the way a beautiful shoe looked if you owned it?

these are a def cop. JB should drop “championship packs” consisting of sneakers from all 6 ’ships. either a single shoe or a single shoe in 2 colorways for reg. season and playoffs (6 packages) or just 2 shoes from each ’ship together (3 packages) that would be sick.

Can’t believe I just got the 2001 retros the exact day of when y’all had that who rocked it better post. (for a cool $270) and now JB is going to re-retro them. Oh well 2001 quailty leather is 100% better than these but I’m sure I will cop at least 2 more pairs of these when they drop in August.
