With all the attention that the Air Jordan 5 Toro Bravo Pack has received, it is safe to say that simple Retro Jordans are still most demanded by sneakerheads. The Air Jordan 7 60+ Pack in this new makeup of Black/Charcoal-Team Red is very similar to the Raptor colorway, but with Charcoal panels similar to the Bourdeaux Jordan 7. This particular colorway will hit retailers August 22nd, alongside another Air Jordan 7, which will be done up in Orlando Magic colors. Would you rather see Retro’s like this or hybrids like the 60+? |

Ya’ll sound like clowns saying stop calling these the “raptors”. who the hell cares? Thats what people know them as. Mostly all jordan sigs have nicknames and raptors happens to be one for these. I was scared about this release only because I have the 02 RAPTOR retro’s still in great condition and didn’t want people walking around with the new retro’s that are identical to mine. Glad they lighten up the toe box and side paneling. Looks like they tried to make them close to the Orignals with the lighter suede. These still ain’t better the original retro’s. and for the record. I perfer retro’s and not these stupid packs and hybrid shoes.

I agree with Darneezy that they should not be called the Raptors but its easier than typing black/true red. Darneezy is spot on in saying these look nothing like the Retro nor OG. Ive heard the same rumors in regards to the bordeaux release later this year. I think fans need to boycott this colorway and force JB to release these in all black like the OGs

That is soooooo irritating.
It’s “black/true red” or nothing else.
The Raptors have nothing to do with this colorway.
Who cares if they have the same colors!?!
As far as these go, they look nothing like the Retro nor the OG.
More like the Bordeaux.
The color scheme of the OG’s had similar blocking, but the charcoal was darker, yet noticeably lighter than the black portion of the shoes. It makes mewonder if these are even “worth” a purchase,with Bordeaux rumored to be released this year?
I’d rather have the retro, honestly…but we will see.

This is one of my favorite Jordans but we have seen these retro once already. Why not retro some of the colors that haven’t yet. BRING BACK THE BORDEAX 7′S, WHITE/INFARED 6′S, WHITE/SEPTEMBER BLUE 6′S, PLAYOFF 13′S

I am kinda bias when it comes to the Raptor VII. This was the first pair of Jordans I ever owned back when I was in the 7th grade. I was looking sooo forward to copping at least 2 packs, but when I saw the change in colorways my heart broke. JB did it right when they released the Hare Jordans in last years CDP. I really hope they change their minds with this colorway and keep it OG.

Everybody bithchin needs to stop! We all know that one day the Bordeaux Vii’s will be released but until then just be happy that Jb answered our prayers with releasing this pack! For those who don’t remember these are how the og raptors looked back in 1992. I also have an original pair of Bordeaux vii’s and like jbaptista09 said they are about 4oz heavier due too the better material that was being used back in the day even the Hare 7’s are made way better than it’s retro counterpart (beautiful shoe just really bad quality) I feel that jordan should be made in taiwan again but that’s just my 2 cents!!!

Obviously I’d love to see retros; who honestly likes hybrids and fusions more than those? The only advantage they may have is affordable, but they still have a high price tag. You might as well spend the extra dollar to get the better shoe. I don’t care about anyone else’s opinion in this case, because if you like fusion garbage more than retro (even if they are garbage quality), you are CRAZY.
These are a good look, but they need to make it O.G. c/w Raptors with some BORDEAUX 7, and NOT some disgusting bootleg-lookin’ boy Orlando Magic 7’s. YIIIICK!
