Now that Major League Baseball is working on their second month of action, Jordan Brand has unveiled the latest Derek Jeter signature shoe, the Jordan Jeter Captain. As one of baseball’s top players, Jeter has built quite the following. His game speaks for itself, and without all of the debauchery of some of those other “superstars”. The Captain comes in at an extremely light 14 ounces. It features Herringbone and diamond nub traction for grip on any surface. Of course what Jeter shoe would be complete without a visible Max Air Unit, and some traditional Yankee-esque pinstripes. The result is a shoe that matches Jeter’s persona both on and off the field. The majority of people saying these are garbage are following the person/people that posted before them. Voice your own opinions. 99 people can say they hate a shoe but you can that 1 person that likes them. Be a leader and not a follower.

i agree with ^brett the hitman hart. simply put, all you dudes suck, seriously. i don’t say this maliciously. this is the sad truth. i just buy what I THINK IS HOT and what I CAN AFFORD! screw what dudes think! YOU DUDES ARE SUCH FOLLOWERS! i like sneakers but i don’t have any real “sneaker head” friends so i’m not able to pick the brains of any of you guys and see exactly what the problem is. these sneakers look great. the pint stripes, fire. the demi cleat on the heal, fire. the baseball stitching in the forefoot, fire. these remind me of the 93-95 era of nike and reebok baseball sneakers. and my thing is if you don’t like the shoe why take the time to post a comment telling us how much you hate it? especially when 14 other idiots have already said exactly what you want to say. that’s why i don’t buy jordan’s. i don’t want any of you to see me in the street and think you have any type of association with me as far as sneakers or fashion goes.

WOW!!! this shoe looks good, and people are hating? One dude says all the reasons why he likes it, but since WANNABE, ROBOTIC “sneakerheads” AKA sneakerclones are too wack to be original he says no.
This is a horrible trend that has become the norm. Too many follow what they think is hot, without knowing on there on. This is beyond sad. Americas creativity is gone, and we are just another country of buyers, no more sellers.

Big Yanks fan…needless to say Jeter is my favorite player….but im not to sure about these…maybe they should put up a few more angles of the shoe…..that way everyone could be a better judge of the shoe…pin stripe were a good idea but not the best execution…. the verdict: I would cop jus to support the bombers!

These aren’t too bad… I’d like to see the actual cleat though.
This upcoming football season (NFL/NCAA) needs more love on NiceKicks.
Last season, Hines Ward rocked a LeBron VI PE and it got NO PLAY on here.
I don’t even remember seeing T.O.’s Jordan III PE. (if it was posted, I must’ve forgot)
But I pose the question: “Where’s the love?”
