We’ve seen the Kanye West x Louis Vuitton sneakers that are set to hit Louis Vuitton retailers soon, but today we have a look at some of the behind the scenes that went into this collab. Looking through the photos, Kanye definitely had to be selective in the process. I have to say that personally I would have liked to see the running inspired silhouette make it into production, but then again I guess it is still possible (though it would still be way out of my price range). It definitely reveals the effort and creativity that often gets overlooked due to the enormous (yet justifiable?) ego. Click here to see more photos of the design process. |

Come on be serious these shoes are LV….. They were not going to be a casual 150. They are investment as people have said above Kanye will be cherished more when he is gone for his impact on pop culture. 30 years from now you will see these shoes on sale at some auction fetching 10times whatever you pay for them. These arent just shoes they are a piece of history……

Just so happens that I am. And to me, Kanye needs a lot of help when it comes to drawing. They are too hard-lined… he needs to let his hand flow naturally with the lines. Give me a ring and i’ll teach you whats good.
And to whoever said they look like so-and-so, obviously. No idea is origianl. Every single shoe brand in history has copied in one way or another. get over it.

Mannn, Kanye shud just like have a PE kind of shoe for the retro 8 aquas, since he loves them so much shud name them kanyaquas and change the tounge instand of jumpman the KW for kanye west. hella clean, with same colorway and everything maybe.

After seeing these Net/Net Air Yeezys that Kanye is wearing in those pictures…I’m starting to like that colorway more and more. Am I the only one who feels that way? At first I was like ugh not even thinking about wearing some tan shoes…but these are just killer.
