With Nike bringing back the Training line in a major way this year, it is only appropriate that they bring back one of the shoes that helped them dominate the Training sector throughout the early 90’s, the Air Griffey Max 1. The Nike Air Griffey Max and Nike Air Tailwind ‘92 both get a beautiful treatment of Varsity Royal and Volt Yellow in a truly old school Mariners-esque fashion. We’ve seen a number of colorways of both of these silhouettes this year, but this color combo is arguably the best to be applied to both. You can pick up either of these now at RPS in Seattle. |

Yo say word the volt onda griffeyz looks like a very light lime green. I wus confused wen i copped mines .. still rockin dat milwaukee brewers fitted!!

i have the Fresh Water Griff’s in 9. and it was a pain looking for the royal Griffeys, but i got em in 9.5 and they feel a little big. Sweet none the less!

The griffeys are a gorgeous shoe in any colour, it’s hard for such a great design not to look good.
