It seems football players will not be the only athletes working out in the Nike Trainer 1 during off-season. Earlier today we showed you the Nike Trainer 1 Adrian Peterson PE in which many of you thought were straight fire; however, check out this Portland Trailblazer’s guard/forward Brandon Roy’s Nike Trainer 1 PE. Similar to the Adrian Peterson PE, this sneaker also uses the patent leather finish around the toe and ankle area. Inspired by the Portland Trailblazer jersey colors, Brandon Roy’s PE contains a black/red color scheme on the upper. Coinciding with the white midsole, white contrasting accents appear throughout the base. In addition, this shoe also possesses a red Max Air sole unit. these kicks are fire! BUT I JUST ACTUALLY TOOK A MINUTE AND THOUGHT ABOUT SOMETHING, I BELIEVE NIKE HEAD QUARTERS IS LOCATED IN THE PORTLAND AREA RIGHT??? IF SO BRANDON ROY LANDED ON THE PERFECT TEAM, BEING THE GREAT PLAYER HE IS AND SIGNING WIT NIKE. I WAS JUST THINKING HE WOULD BE THE FACE OF NIKE IF THEY DIDNT GIVE LEBRON $90 MILLION OUT THE GATE, I STILL BE TRYING TO GRASP THAT. LEBRON GOT $90 MILLION BEFORE HE EVEN PLAYED AN NBA GAME CRAZY !!!!!!!!!

i like the AP PE much better, but these are nice as well. These shoes are really startin to grow on me.

Black and red colorway you can never go wrong maybe black shoe strings and black soles wouldve really sweetened the deal but overall a 9 ona scale of ten

correction…. given last week… Truly all speculation on my part. but if a bo jackson c/w is 1of1, i dont see why these wouldnt be also.. Give the pair on ebay a look, sz 14. Nike needs to learn the masses dont like the bland stuff thats about to release. Hopes were raised with shots of these great PEs.

guranteed non release for ANYONE.. we’ll see a very basic white/navy blue/black pair that were all given to participants of the NIKE event last year.. the pair is currently on ebay right now.. thats a for sure general release..

The shoe itself is modeled and NAMED, after a “grown man” with himself on it as his logo.
Screw the name on the baack, which is PLAYER EXCLUSIVE, the model and colorway is pretty hot/

I don’t understand why you want to put patent leather on a training shoe? Especially around the achilles/ankle area. Doesn’t make for a very flexible or light shoe.
