This week there was plenty to choose from for The Good, The Bad, and The Fugly. A lot of dope kicks made an appearance, from Yeezy’s to J’s. Not to mention all the fresh running silhouettes that are appearing just in time for summer. Not to mention those Flight 45’s that received the timeless Command Force colorway. The Bad and Fugly were almost too easy this week though.

The Good
The first time these Nubuck 12’s dropped, the sneaker game was slightly caught off guard. The price of over $200, the online only release, and packaged with other gear, were all firsts for Jordans. Nowadays, sneakerheads are somehow used to paying top dollar for packages (see this week’s The Bad).
Hard to believe that five years has already passed since these first dropped. After seeing these kicks in the photo studio, it’s hard to not say these are “The Good” for this week. Wouldn’t you agree?

Man I Want the louis Vs so bad i wish they were avaible right now. I like how they look and will keep my True Religions from sagging on the ground (You know those arent cheap) I mean 800+ i already got the monogram montasorouis back pack that cost me 1300 I want the louis vuitton christopher backpack but cant find that. i think people really slept on these mainly because they didnt want the red pair, but in the future the value of these will increase and someone out there will want the red ones

Beauty is within the eye of the beholder NewJerseyGiant. You state they ugly and I respect that. But I have to bring out I do have a decent collection of V’s…Grape V’s and Fire Red V’s but after seeing them in person…I could not resist. I was in love. And I don’t have the funds like that for them but I really like the choice of materials and colors JB selected for these joints. No more V’s for me though. Should be enuff to hold me off…for now.

I will repeat this again…..The Toro Bravo pack is butt cheeks. Most people bought them to say i have jordans on my feet and has no purpose. The other actual sneaker heads that bought these to add to the collection i can understand if you didn’t have any AJ V’s but this pack should only be $200 tops after seeing them in person.

BTW those Reeboks has a similar design to the Foams IMHO. I think if you change the color it would look ok. They do not look that fugly! Beauty is skin deep. LOL.

I will have to disagree w/ the bad. NiceKicks calls this the bad cuz of the price?? Then the Yeezy’s should be the bad cuz of the price! Yea separately the V’s cost 135 but this pack is well worth it. Plus I like the box. LOL. And YES I did BUY this pack. I love the red suedes which reminds of the XX2’s that I also have and still in DS condition. I love the black 3M material simply cuz they shine when the light hits it, kinda like a diamond in the rough. LOL. I really did’t have the funds like that but these were too good to pass up. Those red suedes scream LUXURY for some reason.

^^^akoo The XXI red suedes dont compare to this shoe b/c the V is a classic man!! Anyway, because I was one of the dummies that bought 5 packs last year, I didn’t c any problem spending that on this pack. This pack was better than at least 5 packs from last year. I dropped my $309 on the Jordan pack. Got them from Eastbay, but It’s two number 5’s I wanted. If they would have released them separately, I would have still copped both. I think JB should go back to dropping two color ways on the same day. That way people can choose one or both. JB use to do that all the time and both shoes had no problem selling out.

There is some truth to that. I’m not a Jordan person. I’m strictly a Nike Air Max Person and i would rather buy a pair of air max’s $89-$140 than buy a ugly pair of jordans just to let people know i have a jumpman on my shoe. The majority of the time people know the sneakers are ugly in the back of their mind but for the simple reason there is a jumpman logo on the hell and tongue they are ballin. The toro bravo pack is butt cheeks.

I think the 310 price is a little much considering that the AJ V by themselves cost 125 dollars originally, unless I am wrong. Even if I am wrong, AJV do not cost 155 dollars each.
This was instant profit for Brand Jordan. Probably the last one for me until the Space Jams come out.

This year I spent $200 on the Eggplant Pennys, $310 on the TB-V’s, got $175 stashed for the nubucks. $685 for 4 joints in 6 months. Prolly get some white kicks for the summer then I’m done for a minute. Lookin ahead to the True Blue III’s, Space Jams, and maybe some half cents later in the year. I’m 50/50 on the XII’s later this year since the Nubucks kill em all. That’ll turn out to about $1,000 (+/-) for the year on about 7 joints. Who knows what else might pop up but $1,000 in 1 year ain’t too bad.
