Quai 54 x Air Jordan 1 “Ruff & Tuff” Pack

At the end of last year, we spotlighted the Air Jordan 1 Black/White X Quai 54, and those who commented really liked the shoe although the colorway was very simple. If you were looking for something more flamboyant, JB has created another Quai 54 inspired Air Jordan 1 that features a rare, eye-catching color scheme. Supposedly, this sneaker is a part of an upcoming “Ruff & Tuff” Pack. Quai 45, the largest International Streetball Tournament, is held in France. Jordan Brand sponsored the well-known event last year. As for the sneaker, it features a 100% laser blue base mixed with a White/Blue speckled midsole. Other features include black shoelaces, a black swoosh, a translucent outsole and a multi-colored inner lining. No word yet on whether or not it will release. I dont mind the kreativity put into these kicks. Alotta yall sound real bitter bekuz u kouldnt get a retro when they dropped so ur mad that JB isnt satifying your hunger at this moment. If he did release a retro shoe every week or every month, it would lower the value of the kicks that were previously released. Just think, if he released the Grape V’s twice a year, the people who got em in 06 would be semi-pissed as well as the people that had em the same time the Fresh Prince was rockin em and they wouldnt be as rare/exclusive. It would also kill the hype of releases and ppl wouldnt kare as much bekuz the quanity would be so high. What JB kan do is stop releasing so many I’s and put this kreativity into some VI’s’ IX’s or X’s, or somethin. smh…dat was alot 2 type…

I actually think these are good I copped the Doernbacher 1’s and I haven’t seen one person with them yet but these are similar. I don’t like how many pairs of 1’s are coming out but I’ll still cop the good looking colors.

No offence to dennis but I don’t really mind if they keep on re releasing retros because JB is always going to be the best sneaker company created. The sneakers coming out now are dumb. They all look the same. But I like these. Good colorway

The inside and sole looks like the Georgetown Hoyas print that JB uses on the jerseys and some of the shoes. I like’em though. Waiting to see the second pair.

We can’t Stay stuck in the Past!
All im sayin is that we gotta learn how to move on! the kicks that are dropping today are the ones that will make an impact on the future!
As much as we LOVE the OG’s and the retros, there will come a point, and I think all of us have seen it comin, that other shoes will take over the Game. Not because they’re better shoes but its just insane to think that JB will be Re-Releasing over and over again just to satisfy a selective group of people!

i just wanted to thank you for releasing so much garbage into the game. Due to the lack of quality and rediculous fusions with rediculous colorways to match I have so much extra money. It’s a good thing though, cuz i will need it 2 pay for the quality OG kicks that you used to sell………………………SMH!
