Did the Boston Celtics win the championship again this year? One might think so by the recent releases of the Jordan Schoolin’ Ray Allen PE and the upcoming release of the Jordan Element Ray Allen PE. Following the aforementioned Jordan Schoolin’ (June 12th), JB will release Ray Allen’s Jordan Element on June 27th exclusively at House of Hoops. Similar to the Jordan Element “Ruff & Tuff”, this particular shoe features a primarily black upper with white contrasting stitching throughout the base. Minimal ‘Celtic’ green accents on the Jumpman logo, the top laceholders and the inner lining. One of the more interesting features this shoe possesses is the translucent sole wrapped around the green herringbone. Click here to view additonal photos. |

Man, I’ve seen Ray Ray at shootaround, the man is the business definitely deserves his own shoe cuz he’s been the best volume shooter in the game consistently for over half a decade. My only problem with these kicks are the fact that other than the souped up heels and soles and the crazy stitchings it is a very basic shoe. The soles are the bizness, but the shoe just isn’t very creative

THESE ARE NICE. OTHERS MAY NOT AGREE BUT IF THESE CAME OUT IN LIKE 98 AND HAD A TOUCH MORE PIZZAZ, THEY COULD HAVE EASILY BEEN A NUMBERED JORDAN. THE THING I’M NOTICING THOUGH IS THAT THE JORDAN BRAND STILL HAS NOT FOUND IT’S OWN DISTINCT IDENTITY OUTSIDE OF RETROS AND HYBRIDS.
