Recently we saw upcoming colorways for the Air Total Max Uptempo. Today, the Black/Volt color combination that we previewed last month. This Nike Air Total Max Uptempo will be arriving at your local Nike retailer anytime now in this Black/Volt colorway. The material makeup of this classic Tim Duncan sneaker of choice, is a combination of suede and leather. It consists of a primarily black upper with Volt accents. Retail price is set at $160. The silhouette is classic, what do you think of the colorway? |

What about the black and silver colorway and the blue and white ones??? they were 120 when they first released

sad that nike has to keep re-releasing shoes cause their new designers can’t come out with bangers…
these shoes were sold out ASAP when the first dropped… as did many other BASKETBALL shoes nike made. im glad a lot of people are on the skater type shoes now… leaves all the classic NIKE BASKETBALL shoes available…

these r just an ok design. time to be honest with yourselves again. the majority of everyones’ reason for liking these is the lime green air bubble and soles. do you really wanna drop ur flow on these jus cause u like the color????

@ OG Chris - I don’t know if anyone cares that you have 200 pairs of sneakers but you are right when you say the quality is slipping.
@ Boath - Very true statement about these being some ill ballin sneaks. Sooooo comfortable but I will pass on these joints.

I have over 200 pairs of sneakers. I have the Black/Neon Total Max Uptempos and they’re still as sick as ever. But let’s face it, Nike keeps putting out retro shoes and they’re really starting to get cheap on the materials. For $160 they ought to be creating retros with the same or better quality!! Sad thing is, people just have to get them and they ignore the price tag!! I’m still buying sneakers and I’ll look at the Total Max Uptempos, but I have this feeling I’ll yet again be disappointed with the decline in quality! As long as they look like the OG’s, most people don’t care. For me, it kills the buzz of breaking all of your necks when I wear my flawless OG’s, cause you all just think I’m wearing a retro!!!

f*** nike! shoe is dope but puttin that 150+ pricetag on what seems all their decent releases is messed up.

You must try these on before you hate on the price.
Just a classic one of the best of a power game.
Had them back in the day, A must Have for ballin in.

If only nike would donate a little portion of their money to the people who make them, things would be better for them. The powers is in our hands as consumers, we can make a difference together with nike.

Yes sir. This colorway is good…but that red/black colorway is #1. this close #2.
