Converse Chuck Taylor “Sweatshirt”

Converse has been nothing less than experimental and erratic with its designs on the infamous Chuck Taylor model this year. Recently, we have spotted rock band inspirations, Chucks with zippers and all-over quilted bases. In addition, Converse has just unleashed the Chuck Taylor “Sweatshirt”. Obviously, pertaining to its nickname, this Chuck Taylor possesses a 100% grey cotton sweatshirt texture throughout the base. As contrasting color features, this shoe contains white shoelaces, a white toe cap and a white rubber sole. The latter area also owns a red strip just below the base and a black strip towards the bottom of the shoe. very cool. looks comfy too.
I wouldn’t say “a white toe cap and a white rubber sole” or the red stripe are that notable for Chucks. But the matching All-Star logo is a nice touch.

This might be the first pair of chucks I buy. I like the desigh and the color is great as well.

These are dope! I fell in love with the similar Adidas Consortium model, but have been waiting to see a Converse do the same. I’m definitely copping these ASAP and making them my new slippers/lounge shoes for my crib.
