Nike Air III (Kevin Garnett III)
Posted by Nick Engvall | Jul 7, 2009 Kevin Garnett has a long line of signature shoes, but one of the most memorable by far has to be the Air Garnett 3, which is now scheduled to make a return wearing the name Nike Air III.
The Nike Air III will return this fall 10 years after its inception, complete with classic Minnesota Timberwolves colors, and chrome accents. This colorway was seen on the hardwood regularly throughout the 1999-2000 season while KG was trying to keep warm up in Minneapolis. i have these and they r fresh as hell.. haha i paid 100$ for them got em on a stand steal!! also copped the OG white G3’s too.. haha so happy to see these but im bout to rock mine starting now.. get at me

THESE ARE COLD. I WOULD HAVE TO SEE ‘EM IN PERSON AGAIN AND TRY THEM ON. I’M LOVING THE BLUE FADE AND THE LEATHER IS QUALITY. IF LACED UP RIGHT AND WORN WITH THE RIGHT FIT YOU COULD PULL THESE OFF IN A RECREATIONAL SETTING. DON’T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED BUT DURING THE LATE NINETIES AND CARRYING OVER INTO THE NEW MILLENIUM, BASKETBALL KICKS STARTED TO LOSE THEIR ABILITY TO BE WORN ON AND OFF COURT. I’M CERTAIN THAT THEIR IS A WAY YOU CAN DO IT WITHOUT LOOKING WACK. I JUST MAY DEDICATE THE REST OF THE SUMMER TO FIGURING THAT OUT.
