Posted by George Kiel III | Aug 28, 2009 Nike supplied us with a couple of Air Max Griffey Swingman Remix colorways after the Air Griffey Max 1 Varsity Royal release; however, many of you may bypassed the Swingman Remix colorways while impatiently waiting for this Air Griffey Max 1 Anthracite/Black/Hot Red/White release.
With that said, you can now pre-order the Nike Air Griffey Max 1 Anthracite/Black/Hot Red/White at Foot Locker for $140. Is this the best Air Griffey Max 1 colorway yet or do the “Fresh Water” and varsity royal colorways still remain at the top? |

Those Griffeys are more orange-pink than red, definitely. But I’m still trying to get my hands on em regardless.

we have already had them and sold out at my footlocker in va…. spotsy mall… we have at least 12 more coming monday… the 1st ones we received 12 on last friday at 3pm and they were gone by saturday by 2pm… word of mouth only… so if you are in the area monday come see us… catch a pair and maybe a deal??

Nahh! These is the 1’s i would get over the other 2 releases this is simple nice colorway without the worry of trying to match up the gear with the other two but they all still str8.

went to footaction today saw them on the shelve…dude bings me out the freshwaters didn’t even know he had them… but still went with these there the best colorway out of the 3.

i just got mine today. the red on the bottom is more of an infared than these pics show..but they go real hard…..i think they’re the second best colorway ….next to the freshwaters.

i prefer the freshwater colorway over this one i copped the freshwaters because i have too many red/black colorways i would say the freshwaters and varsity remain at the top but that is just my opinion
