I am sure many of you have seen the commercial and clicked on the ads and know about the latest performance basketball shoe from Nike, the Nike Hyperize. Like it’s predecessor the Nike Hyperdunk, the shoe come in a variety of different colors and limited make ups. This colorway, Black/White-Varsity Red, has a familiar feel to one of the greatest of all time with Black Patent leather, white accents, and a red outsole. In case you weren’t aware of the tech specs of the Nike Hyperize, here is a quick breakdown. The entire length of the shoe features soft, Phylon midsole cushioning with ultra lightweight Lunar Lite in the forefoot and responsive Nike Zoom Air in the heel. The upper features a newly designed, more breathable Nike Flywire Technology that gives you lock down support along your entire foot. A heel cup in the back provides you the protection you need from injury. This colorway of the Nike Hyperize is available now exclusively at Foot Locker just in time for Back To School shopping. The shoe uses a Phylite midsole, not a Phylon midsole…

I like the Hyperize, especially the Hoyle’s, but I just can’t stand the higher cut.
Kills it for me. If the cut was the same height as the back, I’d be good! This higher angle crap like these and the hyperdunk just irks me.

I agree with you Biggs but anyway I think that if the flywire were as bright red as everything else on the shoe this would be a near perfect colorway

I don’t think this colorway is exclusive to Foot Locker. Unless it’s a slightly different version, I saw these at Champs Sports last weekend when I copped my blue pair.
