Nike Zoom Kobe IV Team Bank?

Nike couldn’t settle with creating the lightest basketball shoe ever when they introduced the 13 ounce Nike Hyperdunk in April of last year. True they did help Kobe get over that Aston, but Nike, Kobe, and designer Eric Avar had their eyes set to out do themselves again. Unveiled live online the Nike Zoom Kobe IV was even lighter than the Hyperdunk by nearly 10% weighing in at only 11.6 ounces.
Maybe it was the shoes or it was just Kobe that lead his team in the 2008-09 season to an NBA Championship. Eitherway we saw a number of colorways of the Nike Zoom Kobe IV release throughout and after the year, but it appears that Nike is not finished. We just received photos of the Nike Zoom Kobe IV in what appear to be Team Bank colors of White/Varsity Purple and White/Varsity Green.
If the Kobe IV came in your high school colors would you lace up in them for the upcoming season?

I liked the Kobe’s when they first came out but then they started messing with all the materials…they still aight…I dunno bout them in my highschool colors…My school was the Padres…and oddly enough…they are SF pirates colors.

wore the carpe diems last season and had the kobe white colorway of the hyperdunks cuz they match my school colors. i thought the hd couldnt be topped… then i got the kobes and fell in love with them. i highly recommend the kobes to hoop in for any good player.

yea the girls team can wear them, maybe ppl dont know but lowtop shoes look lame on the court, i just dont see why these lows are even an option when Nike makes mad heat to ball in, ur gonna have to drop another $40 on ankle braces, LBJ7

I own a pair ok Kobe 4’s and they actually live up to all the hype. I have a pair of hyperdunks and that 10% is a huge difference and the kobes feel like pillows on my feet. And plus like he said in the interview soccer players make all those cuts in lowtop shoes why can’t basketball players?

I got a pair of these Kobe IVs and I gotta say the only extreme aspect is their weight. Ridiculously light. Otherwise it’s just your average low cut ballin sneaker.

wouldnt play in em i actualgames, but might pick up a pair fr streetball. they’re bound to be cheaper than the old kobe 4’s
