OriginalFake x Starks Laces
Posted by Matt Halfhill | Aug 11, 2009 Starks entered the game of making unique and custom laces a few years ago that instantly caught on with the sneaker community. Consumers have taken notice as well as major players in the market. Starks has collaborated in the past with GAP and Colette as well as lacing all of the DJ Clark Kent designed Nike Air Force 1s for the most recent NBA All-Star Game. The latest collab for the lace company is with OriginalFake. The laces feature the famous repeating “chompers” along both sides of the laces. Three colors are available now online at Colette for approximately $26US each. |

Ok so the laces cost atleast 1/3 of what i’m paying for my sneakers =_=
so if i get all three i basically have a pair of sneakers worth in sneakers =_=
So let me get this straight they’re actually trying to sell this thing =_=
Stupidity at its best. But hey I guess rich guys dont care about money or keeping the composure of their sneakers.
These look alright. I doubt these would look hot on a pair of sneakers even if the tounge was out, the laces were undone. w/e 26 is too much “we’re in a recession” well you guys im immune xP
still too much though

i like plain laces…unless they come with the shoes then im cool with whatever.
Aug 11, 2009 at 10:45 am
Nice looking laces but way to expensive for a pair of shoe laces. Plus I don’t know to many people who actually put Starks laces in their shoes I mean don’t get me wrong they look really sweet but I honestly can’t picture them on a pair of shoes.

Oh the irony that this article is posted only minutes after the Staple x Airwalk collection.
You can either have two pairs of these laces, or the most expensive Staple x Airwalk sneaker….if your hypebeast ass chose the laces, at least you have something to hang yourself with lol
